Laura Davis
President

Laura founded Strategic Consulting Solutions in 2004 after consulting with government contractors for several years. Her career has been focused on the Deltek products such as GCS Premier, Costpoint, Time & Expense, and Impromptu. She worked with Costpoint as a beta product in the mid-1990's. Since that time, she has implemented numerous Costpoint and GCS Premier systems.

Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Lincoln Memorial University and a Master of Accountancy Degree from the University of Tennessee. In August 2008, Laura completed her Master's Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University. She is the Treasurer for the local chapter of NCMA and is a member of several accounting organizations. Laura is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

David Norris
Director of Operations

David joined the company as Director of Operations in April 2010 after serving in different capacities with a technology based company. The majority of his career has been with a large defense contractor and a small company that has served as both a prime and a subcontractor with the government. David has served as a Chief Financial Officer and as President during his career. He has extensive experience in providing both products and services to the government and has 20+ years working in government accounting and contracting.

David has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and has completed the Executive Management Program at Darden School of Business. He has memberships in several professional organizations and has served on a Congressional Advisory Board for promoting growth in small businesses. David has also been a contributor to articles published in CFO magazine.

Ann Marie Lowther
Director of Sales and Marketing

Ann Marie joined SCS in February 2010 after a number of years within the Deltek sales organization. She brings extensive Government Contracting industry and Deltek product knowledge to the team. Ann Marie has more than 20 years experience in selling technology and software solutions to small, mid-size and Fortune 1000 companies. This experience and knowledge; combined with her consultative approach ensures that SCS client needs and goals will be matched to the appropriate solution.
